Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of a Physical Gift Card (with courier delivery)

The physical card is packed in gift wrapping with a chosen occasional message and delivered to the delivery address specified in the order.
Orders for Gift Cards are processed only after full prepayment using available payment methods (no option for cash on delivery).
The Gift Card is not subject to return or exchange for another Gift Card.
After purchasing the Gift Card, its details are sent to the email address specified in the order, which allows for its use and confirms its delivery.
Failure to collect the physical shipment does not constitute grounds for a refund – the card is considered delivered via email and is not refundable.
Funds accumulated on the Gift Card are perpetual and do not expire.
The value of the Gift Card is not included in the loyalty program. Loyalty points are only calculated when funds are used to purchase products.
A purchase confirmation is issued for the purchase of a Gift Card, which does not constitute an accounting document. A receipt or invoice is issued when the Card is redeemed for products.
